Stands size:
From 6m² on.
Dimensions can be changed.

How to Rent Your Stand:
In order to make your stand’s reservation at the Trade Fair, fill in and send the Stand Rent Form available in the Exhibitor/Block Stand. As soon as the exhibitor receives the Participation Contract sent by e-mail for the organizers, print two copies, sign and send them by post to the organizers:

All booths will be confirmed following the arrival order of the request, and according to the availability. No changes will be accepted after the choice is made.
The stand's rent will only be confirmed as soon as the organizers receive the Contract and the first part of the payment (30% of the total amount), in American Dollars or Euros. The remaining amount will be payd at the arrival in the Fair.

Basic stand only includes the basic assembly:

Corners and "islands" must have special projects.
In these cases it won’t be permitted the basic assembly.
The booth set up can be done by means of LPR or another company.
In case the exhibitor have chosen another company, this one must contact the organization in order to get instructions about the assembly and how to pay the US$ 330.00 tax. For stands larger than 70m² it will be charged US$ 660.00.
The tax includes the costs of emission of badges for the personnel, cleaning of aisles before the opening of the Fair and electricity consumption.
Gramado Tourism Trade Fair must be informed in advance about the personnel in charge of the stand assembly: names and identity card numbers, to be used in the badges. This information must be sent to the e-mail projetos@festivalturismogramado.com.br
Projects Approval (important observations):
The stand project must be approved by the Organizers. The project must be sent by e-mail to projetos@festivalturismogramado.com.br , or even by fax (55 54 3286 3313) till October 20 2011. It will be sent back with the approval or instructions – in the case the Project doesn´t follow the General Rules.
The height of the room of Serra Park Center is 8 meters high. The maximum height of construction must be 6 meters high. The maximum height of walls which border to other stands is 5,5 metters high. It will not be permitted higher constructions.
Stands with special characteristics must be completely concluded till 6:00 p.m. on November 16, 2011, according to the General Rules. Assembly companies which exceed this timetable will be subject to fees of US$ 280.00 (two hundred – eighty dollars) per hour.
It will not be allowed projects with elements hanged on the coverage structure of the pavilion.
Its explicitly forbidden the construction of double stands or with mezzanines.
Regarding to the construction of towers, it must be observed a recoil of at least 1,5 meter from the neighbour. It will not be permitted towers which make impossible the neighbours visibility, only in the case they are recoiled 1 meter from the aisle.
It will not be permitted the use of sand-papers on the plastered assembly. The pieces must arrive to Serra Park ready, on the contrary must be sand-papered outside the pavillion. It will be allowed to saw inside Serra Park.
The cleaning of the stands before the opening of the Fair may be in charge of the assembly company. From the beginning of the event on, the cleaning will be done only by a team contracted by the Organizers. The same applies to security service. It won’t be authorized to any personnel of the assembly companies to do the stand cleaning during the Fair.
It is obligatory the construction of access ramp for disabled people.
It will only be authorized the exit of the truck loaded with the dismounted stand, from the parking, after done an inspection of the floor where the stand was mounted. The place is under the assembly company’s responsibility. Gramado Tourism Trade Fair doesn’t require bail cheque, but has the right to inspect the place.
Important: it will be necessary to prove, to CREA (Engineering and Architecture Regional Council), in Gramado, the payment of the CREAtax in the city where lives the technician responsible for the stand project.
Further instructions about the assembly and dismounting of stands, the company in charge must observe the General Rules – items VIII, IX and X. Each Exhibitor will receive credentials which permit the access to all activities of the event: the Congress, the Trade Fair and the social activities.
• Stands measuring 4m² to 6m² will give right to 2 credentials.
• Stands of 8m² to 10m² - 3 credentials.
• Stands of 12m² - 4 credentials.
• Stands of 15m² - 5 credentials.

The exhibitor who needs water supply in the stand must ask it directly to the administration of Serra Park, by means of the phone 55 54 5286 8600 or the e-mail serrapark@serrapark.com.br
Obs: The supply of water is only available for stands placed in the left side of the floorplan.
Cleaning:
Only the cleaning of aisles, accesses and common areas is in charge of the Organizers. The contract of cleaning service for the stands during the opening days of the Fair must be asked directly to the Organizers, through the Expositor/Auto Atendimento/Solicitação de Limpeza. The coordinator of the cleaning is Mrs Eliége. It will not be permitted any cleaning service other than that designated by the Organizers.

Parking Lots:
Gramado Tourism Trade Fair has destinated one space for exhibitor, at the Serra Park car parking, free of charge.
Taxi Service:
At the main entrance of Serra Park there will be taxis available, which can also be called by phone. The numbers will be informed there.
Internal Transport of Materials:
Gramado Tourism Trade Fair offers, without any cost, personnel and trolleys to help to transport materials to the stands. You can apply for this service at the Exhibitor Assistance Office, in the hall of Serra Park Center.
Sending Materials in Advance:
The organization of the Festival do Turismo accepts to receive and to store materials for usage and advertizing in the stands that Exhibitors need to send to the Event previously, as long as the parcels are in reasonable quantity and dimensions. These materials must be identified with the number of the stand and the name of the exhibitor, in all parcels, in a legible way and be posted directly to Serra Park, CNPJ 02 071 121/0001-50 at the address Estrada Viação Férrea, nº 100 – Bairro Três Pinheiros – Gramado - RS – CEP 95670-000 (location of the Event) from November 1st 2011.
Pay Attention to the General Rules, Regarding:
• Opening time for the start of beverages distribution in the stands;
• Timetable for special / folkloric presentations inside the stands;
• Prohibition of advertisements and sound emissions of any kind.
Climate:
Temperatures vary significatively in Gramado in november. Minimum temperatures reach 15ºC in the night and the maximum ones can be 32ºC. During the day, inside the trade fair, temperature stays around 26ºC.
Clothes:
We suggest you to bring comfortable and light clothes (shirts, sandals and shoes) for the daytime. For the night, don´t forget a coat. We recommend you to bring also a raincoat. For the Opening at "Palácio dos Festivais” the most appropriate is formal.
Suggestion of Rides and Tours:
Terra Turismo, the official travel agency, is able to suggest you excellent rides and tours through the region, for the free time of yours or your companions. Even if you decide to lenghten your stay at the Gaucha hillside, in Rio Grande do Sul state.
I - General Consideration
1. The present General Rules are aimed to rule the event entitled 23rd Festuris - Gramado Tourism Trade Fair (23º Festival do Turismo de Gramado) and are considered to be accepted by all the participants (with civil status or legal entities) which take part in it.
2. The Organizers of the event, nominated and qualified in the preamble, in compliment of their functions will be able to complement these General Rules, carrying out alterations and solving, when necessary, the unforeseen cases.
3. The participants, exhibitors, visitors, guests, organizers and all of those who enter anyhow the juridical scope of the event are subordinated to these General Rules and must comply with them.
II - Exhibitors and / or Participants
1. It will be allowed the participation of companies which render services in the tourism sector, themselves or by means of their representatives identified with credentials.
2. The Exhibitors will be held responsible for all the damages, loss and other consequences caused, even by chance, by themselves, their agents, employees, representatives, at the location of the Event during its execution.
3. In case the Exhibitor is a holding company, a member of a group of enterprises or has, yet, associated firms, it will only be allowed to expose these other companies´ services with express compliance of the Organizers and observing the settled in the item 2. The request must be done by e-mail and will be answered in writing.
4. Promotional actions of companies that are not taking part in the event as exhibitors, sponsors and supporters are explicitly forbidden. Any exceptions must bear special permissions, conceded by the Organizers.
5. It is explicitly forbidden to fix banners, promotional blimps and other divulgation pieces out of the stand. The general area is reserved to the sponsors, managed by the organization.
6. It is forbidden to queens and princesses of any other event, also to gimmicks, to transit in the aisles of the fair. Their presence is allowed only inside the stand. In case of disobedience of this rule, they will have to leave the place.
7. The Promoter must be informed by the companies about the products or services that are being exhibited in each stand. The companies that integrate the stand will be quoted in the Official Catalog of the Festival; provided that they officialize their space within 20 days ahead of the event.
8. It will not be authorized the entrance of people younger than 16 years old.
9. It will not be authorized the entrance of animals.
III - Security
1. The exhibitor that needs special security service for the stand must directly contact the official company of the event through the site www.festivalturismogramado.com.br. Security guards who are not officially from the event will not be allowed in the premises.
2. The event will count on specialized security personnel, who shall be responsible for the vigilance of the common areas, entrances, etc.
3. It is forbidden in any area of the trade fair the existence of inflammable or combustible items, explosives, toxic or corrosive substances, inert gas or products which exhale bad smell.
4. It is forbidden the use and demonstration of any material or equipment which endanger the attendants, the stand and the building of the fair. In case of indispensable presence of some material or equipment of this nature, the Exhibitor must adopt security proceedings in order to completely eliminate any danger.
5. It is forbidden to fix any material or equipment straight ahead of the fire extinguishers or that makes difficult their use anyhow.
IV - Transit of Personnel and Employees
1. All the people who take part or anyhow work in the event must bear credentials, which will be provided by the Organizers according to a list given by the Exhibitors. The contract of employees younger than 16 years old is forbidden.
2. Each Exhibitor will give right to credentials which permit the access to all activities of the event: the Congress, the Trade Fair and the social activities.
Stands measuring from 4m² to 6m² will give right to 2 credentials.
Stands of 8m² to 10m² - 3 credentials.
Stands of 12m² - 4 credentials.
Stands of 15m² - 5 credentials.
Stands of 16m² - 6 credentials.
Stands of 18m² will give right to 7 credentials.
Stands of 20m² will give right to 8 credentials.
Stands from 21m² to 30m² will give the right to 10 credentials.
Stands from 31m² to 50m² will give right to 12 credentials.
Stands from 51m² on will give right to 15 credentials.
The Exhibitor can purchase extra credentials, till the same amount of free credentials received according to his area. The exceeding amount of credentials will be charged US$ 25.00 (twenty-five dollars) each for foreign exhibitors and R$ 48,00 (forty-eight reais) each, for Brazilian exhibitors. Above this quantity, it will only be accepted regular inscriptions.
3. In order to forward appropriate credentials to their press advisers, the exhibitors must inform the advisers´ professional register numbers. Important: credential(s) given to press advisers are included in the total amount conceded to exhibitors, according to the dimensions of the stand purchased. The credentials for press advisers will not be conceded as extra ones.
4. The use of credential is compulsory, as for the period of the event, as for the stands' assembly and disassembly periods. It will not be permitted the entrance of personnell who don´t use visible credentials.
5. People and personnel identified with credentials, shall have access to the place of the event through the main entrance.
V - Opening and Closing Timetables
1. The fair will be open on November 18, 2011, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on November 19, 2011, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
2. Exhibitors, bearing credentials, will be allowed to enter the venue of the fair, and it´s their obligation to keep some people in their stands, from 10:00 a.m. on, on November 18, and from 11:00 a.m. on, on November 19.
3. By the fair´s opening time, on November 18th, 2011, at2:00 p.m, to the attendants, all stands must be, obligatorily, open.
VI - Visitation
1. The event shall be aimed to the "Tourism Trade", previously enroled.
2. It will be allowed the entrance of invited people, once bearing credentials.
3. The visitors and guests' access to the fair will be done through the main entrance of the pavillions, specially identified on this purpose.
4. Visitors and invited people must have free access to the stands.
VII - Shows and Special Demonstrations
1. It will not be permitted special demonstrations characterized as shows within the stands or in any other place of the event, accomplishing "to the letter" the maintenance of the commercial characteristics of the event.
2. It will only be authorized demonstrations with folkloric characteristics or similars, as well as the consumption of beverages, after 6:00 p.m., inside the stands, not invading other areas. In case of sound emissions, they must be done in an acceptable volume for the neighbour stands.
3. It will not be permitted the use of sound equipments, of all sorts, in the stands or surroundings, excepting audio-video system in a restricted form, within the stand, being the Organizers empowered to cease the exhibitor participation.
4. The Exhibitors are not allowed to produce in the stand any kind of cooking which exhale smell.
5. Gimmicks and other promotional characters must be only inside the stands. It is not allowed their circulation in other stands or in the Fair aisles.
6. The ORGANIZER must be previously informed, by letter, about any kind of launchings and/ or special happenings on the stands. Letters must be forwarded to festival@martaesilvia.com.br .
VIII - Projects and Mounting of Stands
1. Regular stands, not placed on corners or "islands”, shall be furnished to the Exhibitors with the basic mounting which is constituted by: carpeted flooring, dividing panels with aluminum structure, fluorescent illumination and standard signboard. 2. In case the Exhibitors carry out in their stands special architectonic projects, they must be requested directly to the official company aforementioned.
3. Assembly and decoration of stands with special projects will initiate on November 13, 2011, being the pavillions of the fair open on this purpose from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
4. Regular stands with basic mounting will be available to be decorated from 8:00 a.m. on, on November 17, 2011.
5. Stands with special projects must be completely concluded till 6:00 p.m. on November 16, 2011. Special mountings which exceed this timetable will be subject to fees of US$ 280.00 (two hundred, eighty dollars) per hour, to be charged immediately.
6. The special architectonic project and its decoration is of full responsibility of each Exhibitor. The project must be presented to the Organizers, in order to get approved, till Ocotber 20, 2011. The project will be sent back to the Exhibitors with written considerations.
7. All materials, decoration pieces and objects with special characteristics as length, weight, hight, volume and malleability must be at the place of the event in the very first hour of the period reserved to the mounting of the stands. Not followed this timetable, the Exhibitor is subject to have the access denied.
8. The Organizers will attend only the Exhibitors. Companies contracted to assembly stands will be of the Exhibitor´s exclusive responsibility. Therefore, any doubts and questions must be solved among them.
9. The assemblers will be held responsible for all the damages, loss and other consequences caused, even by chance, by themselves, their agents, employees, representatives, at the location of the Event during the assembly.
IX - Basic Norms of Construction
1. Are explicitly forbidden any constructions which exceed the stand´s rented space and occupy areas of common use, such as entrances, aisles, etc.
2. It is explicitly forbidden to demarcate, paint and produce any type of deteriotation on the stands floor, such as perforation and holes. It will only be permitted the use of adhesive tape HIGHLAND from 3M Company, (reference 2350), or similar which doesn´t transfer the adhesive to the floor. It´s forbidden the use of varnish ink, adhesive substances or similars whose removal damage the demarcated area.
3. Carpets or other materials, once necessary, must be fixed on the floor by means of two-sided adhesive tape from 3M Company, (reference 4880), or similar. It´s explicitly forbidden the use of any type of glue or adhesive substance.
4. It is explicitly forbidden to hang weights or lean products against the pavillion strucure. Each Exhibitor is responsible for any damage caused to the the walls, roof or columns.
5. The walls which border one stand to another, in the external upper part above 2 meters high, must obligatorily be in the color white.
6. All Exhibitors are obliged to keep appropriate fire extinguishers in their stands, in perfect conditions and of use indicated to the material used.
7. Each stand must have a special place to store materials and objects. It is explicitly forbidden the placement and permanence of products and objects outside the boundaries of the stand.
8. Its explicitly forbidden the construction of double stands or with mezzanines.
9. In case the Exhibitor carries out a special project, it must be informed the name of the company in charge of the assembly. Not informed the name, the assembly company is subject to the have its access denied. Assembly companies others than the official one must pay a fee of US$ 330.00 (three hundred, thirty dollars), referring to energy consumption, emission of badges for assembly companies, trash cleaning in the aisles and others. For stands larger than 70m², it will be charged US$ 660.00. The payment must be done in the entrance of the assembly company at Serra Park. It will not be accepted payments by bank transfers.
9.1. The fee corresponding to the assemblage tax must be paid previously, through a bank slip sent by the Promoter Company, after the approval of the project.
10. The switches of the stands must be installed in the external area, in a place of easy access, without any obstacle in the way.
11. In the indoor premises of the Event Center, the use of a jig saw will be allowed until 10 pm November 15th 2011. The use of bigger saws will only be allowed in the outdoor area of the pavilion, respecting the same deadline.
12. The use of ladders will be allowed, as long as they have a protection to avoid damage to the surface areas of the pavilion. Important: The use of metal ladders inside the pavilion is forbidden.
X - Disassembly of Stands
1. The Exhibitors can only start to disassemble or to remove the decoration, materials, products from their stand, after 9 pm on the closing day of the Event (November 19th 2011 - Saturday).
2. The stands must be completely disassembled until 6 pm November 21st 2011 (Monday), when the deposit or permanence of any materials after this deadline will not be allowed.
3. The material that is not collected will be stored by the Promoter and there will a cost of R$ 500,00 (five hundred Reais) per day.
XI - Cleaning
1. The cleaning services of the stands will be the responsibility of each Exhibitor and must be performed daily. All the garbage, leftovers, debris, etc, must be collected in appropriate recipients and kept by the Exhibitor in his/her own stand, afterwards, the collected material must disposed off in waste containers indicated by the organizing company. The company that needs cleaning of its stand must hire it directly with the Promoter or Exhibitor/Cleaning Request. Other cleaning services will not be authorized. Therefore, the presence of other professionals, after the beginning of the event, is strictly forbidden.
2. The cleaning of the aisles, access areas and areas of common use in the pavilions where the Event takes place, will the responsibility of the Promoter of the Event.
