This form applies exclusively for the professional visitors who will purchase the flight ticket with TAM airlines.
Instructions and steps for the professional visitor to purchase the air ticket.
Make the reservation of the desired flight and obtain the code. Only from the 26 September 2012 on. Observe the timetables of the transfers offered by Gramado Tourism Trade Fair, from Porto Alegre Airport to Gramado and return to Porto Alegre.
DOMESTIC FLIGHTS: reservations must be done in the Class N. It will be conceded a maximum amount of 3 air tickets per company in the category AD 85 N1 (85% discount over the tariff Y), not included the airport tax, just for the 200 first solicitations. Or AD 75 N1 (75% discount on the tariff Y), not included the airport tax. Other air tickets must be applied in the category of Companion with AD 75 N1 (75% discount on the tariff Y), not included the airport tax.
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS: reservations in the Class N, only in flights operated by TAM (New York, Paris, Miami, Buenos Aires, Asunción, Santiago, Lima, Bogota, Caracas London, Milan, Madrid, Frankfurt) to Porto Alegre, not included the airport tax. The special tariffs, in Economy Class, are: Paris: AD 80 N1 (80% discount over the tariff Y). Miami: AD 85 N1 (85% discount over the tariff Y). Buenos Aires: AD 80 N1 (80% discount over the tariff Y). Asunción: AD 65 N1 (65% discount over the tariff Y). Santiago: AD 75 N1 (75% discount over the tariff Y). New York: AD 85 N1 (85% discount over the tariff Y). London: AD 75 N1 (75% discount over the tariff Y). Milan: AD 80 N1 (80% discount over the tariff Y). Frankfurt: AD 80 N1 (80% discount over the tariff Y). Madrid: AD 80 N1 (80% discount over the tariff Y). Lima: AD 75 N1 (75% discount over the tariff Y). Bogota AD 75 N1 (75% discount over the tariff Y). Caracas AD 75 N1 (75% discount over the tariff Y).
The form will be sent back by e-mail, with its authorization. It will be your voucher to be presented at TAM in order to obtain the discount.
The air ticket will be emitted in the TAM office of your city. The E-Ticket will be emitted only by presenting this form sealed, with the promoters’ and the professional visitors’ signatures as well as the payment receipt.
In case the amount of interested people exceed the quantity of field forms, please fill this form as many times as necessary.
REMARKS:
a) We inform that the tickets are not endorsed. They will not be refunded and replaced, either. The punctuation doesn’t apply for the Fidelity Card. Its validity goes from the 19 to the 26 of November / 2012 to Porto Alegre and return from Porto Alegre. Within this period, timetable alterations will be allowed, ever considering the Reservation Class: national and international: N.
b) Requests for reservations and tickets must be done until the 16 of November, 2012, at 3:00 p.m., Brasilia mean time.
c) The requests of tickets and the emissions must observe the deadlines stipulated by TAM Reservation Center.
d) Reservations must be made exclusively in the TAM offices of your city or at the TAM Reservation Center (telephone 0800 570 5700 or 55 11 4002 5700).
